Nigerian Afro-fusion singer and songwriter BNXN returns with a reflective new record titled “16,” a smooth and personal song that explores the importance of consistency, discipline, focus, and staying committed to one’s journey.

Released on October 1, 2026, “16” appears as the third track on BNXN’s newly released six-track EP, “Still In Charge.” The project also features appearances from Asake and FOLA, while “16” stands as a solo performance that allows BNXN to put his songwriting and vocal ability completely in the spotlight.

The song demonstrates another side of BNXN’s artistry. While some of his records lean toward energetic Afrobeats rhythms and catchy hooks, “16” places greater emphasis on personal reflection and songwriting.
